Christmas Rose, The, 1990
Ellin Greene was born September 18, 1927, in Elizabeth, NJ. She
became a librarian and storyteller, specializing in group work with children.
Eventually she became a children's literature specialist, and associate
professor and dean of students at the U. of Chicago.
