Biographical Sketch

Earl Thollander was born in Kingsburg, CA in 1922 and has worked as a free-lance illustrator, painter and author. He has created illlustrations for numerous children's books and his book Ramon Makes A Trade (written by Barbara Ritchie) was named one of the hundred best children's books of 1959.
