Biographical Sketch

Miriam Clark Potter was born in 1886 in Minneapolis, MN. She received a B.A. Degree in 1909 from the University of MN. In 1910, she married Zenas L. Potter. Ms. Potter was a juvenile writer and illustrator of her own books for Lippincott Publishers. Her husband helped her illustrate some of her books. She died in January, 1965.
