Biographical Sketch

Charlotte Steiner was born in 1900 in Vienna, Austria, and came to the United States in 1938, She became a naturalized citizen in 1944, and died August 12, 1981. She was an author and illustrator of children's books; all of the books she authored are self-illustrated.
